Your role
You support our R&D teams in our early-stage projects, in which we combine different holistic and user centric methods with our tech expertise to sketch the best approach for our client`s problem. You can find sample projects in our Motius Success Stories.
Your profile
- First proven experiences with different holistic human centric methods like interviews, usability testing, definition of personas or user journeys etc. ideally within the context of an agile product development process
- You have strong communication skills in German and English and know tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and Miro
- You study in the area of communication design, informatics, media informatics, user experience design or a similar discipline
- Curiousity about the latest tech trends and R&D, and motivated to develop yourself both technically and personally
