Your Responsibilities:
- Support with technical onboarding of customers (e.g., VPN, system access) Support and troubleshooting for IT-related questions from our employees
- Contribution to the setup and maintenance of our IT infrastructure & documentation
- Tasks related to server infrastructure (and DevOps): setup, backups, security, etc.
- Close collaboration with Operations and Customer Success
What You Bring:
- Ongoing studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a related field Understanding of networks, VPN, and data security
Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for solving IT problems
Independent and structured working style - German skills are a plus
- Ideally based in Munich (remote work possible by arrangement)
