Digitale Patientenhilfe is a rapidly growing Digital Health start-up contributing to the future of healthcare with innovative digital solutions. Are you tech-savvy, service-oriented, and excited to actively shape our IT and technical onboarding for our customers? Then join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support with technical onboarding of customers (e.g., VPN, system access) Support and troubleshooting for IT-related questions from our employees
  • Contribution to the setup and maintenance of our IT infrastructure & documentation
  • Tasks related to server infrastructure (and DevOps): setup, backups, security, etc.
  • Close collaboration with Operations and Customer Success

What You Bring:

  • Ongoing studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a related field Understanding of networks, VPN, and data security
    Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for solving IT problems
    Independent and structured working style
  • German skills are a plus
  • Ideally based in Munich (remote work possible by arrangement)
